Lauren Davidson is a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) with a strong foundation in peer support and recovery advocacy. Before stepping into the clinical field, Lauren served as a Peer Support Specialist, where she walked alongside individuals in their recovery journeys, offering hope, guidance, and wisdom drawn from lived-experience.
Her background in peer support taught her the power of connection, empathy, and authenticity in building trust and supporting long-term recovery. Lauren integrates these skills into her work as a SUDPT, blending professional training with a compassionate, person-centered approach. She is passionate about helping individuals identify their strengths, build healthier coping skills, and reclaim their sense of purpose.
