Mental Health
Explore common concerns we treat and how our team supports you with evidence-based care.
Anxiety
At Beyond Behavioral Health, we take a personalized approach to treating anxiety by combining evidence-based therapies with compassionate, client-centered care. Our team works closely with each individual to identify triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and build long-term strategies for managing stress and anxious thoughts.
Depression
Through individual counseling, group therapy, and medication management when needed, we tailor each treatment plan to fit the unique needs and goals of each of our patients.
Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, and mindfulness-based strategies to help individuals identify negative thought patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward recovery.
Trauma
We provide a safe and supportive space for individuals healing from trauma. Our clinicians use trauma-informed therapy and evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process painful memories and reduce distress.
EMDR helps the brain reprocess traumatic experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming, allowing clients to move forward with greater peace and control. Combined with approaches like CBT and mindfulness, our goal is to help clients find healing, strength, and emotional balance.
Stress & Burnout
Ongoing stress and burnout can take a serious toll on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Our goal is to help our patients find balance, become re-energized, and develop simple and effective ways to manage the pressures of daily life.
Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to help our patients regain focus, restore motivation, and prevent burnout from recurring.

improving
mental
health.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. We’ll meet you where you are and guide you forward—one step at a time.
A fresh start—let’s understand what you’re dealing with.
The first step in overcoming any difficulties is identifying what’s going on. An assessment helps our trained team understand your concerns, clarify goals, and recommend the right level of care so you can begin making progress right away.
- Talk through what brought you in
- Identify patterns, triggers, and priorities
- Leave with a clear plan for next steps
One-on-one support, focused on you.
Individual therapy offers a safe, private space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a licensed counselor. This one-on-one approach lets you move at your own pace and focus on your personal goals.
We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques to help you gain insight, find balance, and build lasting change.
Build skills and confidence with others who “get it.”
Group therapy provides a supportive space to connect with people working through similar challenges. If your counselor recommends group therapy, it’s because it can add powerful benefits alongside individual sessions.
Our licensed counselors lead each group with care and professionalism to keep the space safe, confidential, and focused on growth. Group therapy helps strengthen connection, coping skills, and resilience—key parts of improving overall mental health.
If medication is part of your care, we’ll make it simple and collaborative.
Medication management supports your overall treatment plan and can help improve mood and daily functioning. For some individuals, medication is a helpful tool for managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or other concerns.
At Beyond, medication decisions are always collaborative and client-centered—you stay involved every step of the way. Combined with therapy and other supports, medication management can help stabilize mood, reduce symptoms, and promote long-term wellness.
Group Therapy
Support, skills, and connection—together.
Our groups are led by licensed clinicians in a safe, structured setting to help you build practical tools and feel less alone.
