What if my insurance is not accepted or I don’t have insurance?
If your insurance is not accepted or you do not currently have coverage, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is happy to discuss available options and work with you whenever possible. We are committed to helping individuals access care in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
How are co-pays collected?
Co-pays are due at the time of service. Our front desk staff will process your payment at check-in for in-person visits. For telehealth appointments, a card on file will be collected and charged within 24 business hours following your session.
How long does it take to verify my insurance?
Most insurance verifications are completed within 1–2 business days. Once your benefits have been reviewed, our team will contact you with details about coverage and any expected costs.
Will I be notified before any charges are made?
