      Empowering teens to build confidence, manage emotions, and thrive! Our Adolescent Outpatient Program provides a safe, supportive, and skill-focused environment for youth ages 13–17. Through group therapy, individual sessions, and optional medication management, we help teens develop tools for lifelong resilience.

      Our program helps teens ages 13–17 who are dealing with emotional, social, or mental health challenges. We focus on three main parts of treatment: Group Therapy – learning and growing together Individual Therapy – one-on-one support with your therapist Medication Management – meeting with a provider to make sure medications (if used) are safe and helpful We also believe your family plays a big role in your success, so we include them in your journey whenever possible.

      Your family or caregivers are an important part of your progress. They’ll have opportunities to learn skills, join family sessions, and support you along the way. • Family sessions: Up to once a month or as needed • Topics include: Better communication, setting healthy boundaries, and understanding what you’re learning in treatment.

      Group therapy gives you a chance to connect with other teens and learn skills to help you manage your emotions, build confidence, and handle life’s ups and downs. • Groups meet: 2–3 times per week • Group length: 2 hours • Group size: Usually 6–12 participants • Led by: Licensed therapists or counselors

      You’ll meet privately with your therapist once a week (or as needed). This is your time to talk about what’s really going on for you—anything from emotions and relationships to goals for your future. • Session length: 45–60 minutes • Focus areas: managing emotions, building coping strategies, Talking about difficult experiences, Setting and working toward goals.

      Some patients benefit from meeting with a psychiatric provider who can prescribe and monitor medications that support your mental health. • You’ll meet with: A psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant • They’ll help with: Assessments, medication check-ins, and answering questions about how your medicine helps you feel.
