• Empowering teens to build confidence, manage emotions, and thrive!

Our Adolescent Outpatient Program provides a safe, supportive, and skill-focused environment for youth ages 13–17. Through group therapy, individual sessions, and optional medication management, we help teens develop tools for lifelong resilience.

  • Our program helps teens ages 13–17 who are dealing with emotional, social, or mental health challenges. We focus on three main parts of treatment:

Group Therapy – learning and growing together

Individual Therapy – one-on-one support with your therapist

Medication Management – meeting with a provider to make sure medications (if used) are safe and helpful

We also believe your family plays a big role in your success, so we include them in your journey whenever possible.

  • Your family or caregivers are an important part of your progress. They’ll have opportunities to learn skills, join family sessions, and support you along the way.

    • Family sessions: Up to once a month or as needed

    • Topics include: Better communication, setting healthy boundaries, and understanding what you’re learning in treatment.
