Cassie Miles

Therapist

Cassie believes that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it's deeply personal and can take many forms. While some may find growth through traditional talk therapy, others may connect more through movement, creative expression like painting, or drawing strength from their community and relationships. Whatever the path, Cassie honors each client’s unique journey.

With a person-centered and strength-based approach, Cassie focuses on what makes you resilient. She recognizes that you are the expert of your own life and works collaboratively with you to identify your strengths, values, and sources of support. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, empowering, and tailored to who you are—not just the challenges you're facing.

Cassie integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities into her work, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches help address emotional regulation, thought patterns, inner conflicts, and relationship dynamics in a way that supports healing of both the mind and the heart.

Whether through deep conversations or more creative, nontraditional outlets, Cassie is committed to helping you find what works. Together, you’ll move at your pace—one step at a time—toward clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
